fancy scrumptious healthy snack? try these easy peasy no bake caramel bites
- 150g rolled oats
- 100g popped popcorn, slightly crushed
- 20g puffed rice or cornflakes
- 125g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 60g any nut or seed butter
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a microwave, or in a pan on the hob, melt nut / seed butter and CARAMEL SYRUP stirring until smooth.
- Combine this with dry ingredients.
- Roll small amounts between your hands to form bite size portions.
- Put onto a tray and chill in fridge for an hour, or until firm.
