- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 2 tbsp plant based milk
- 4 tbsp oat flour (oats whizzed in a blender)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC POT
make
- Mix together the peanut butter, SYRUP and milk.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix to form a thick batter.
- Put 2/3 of the batter into a lightly greased mug or ramekin and top with CHOC POT. Cover with the remaining batter.
- Microwave on full power for 60-90 seconds (we used an 800W microwave) until well risen.
