super quick and super simple healthy flapjacks
- 100g oats
- 70g boiling water
- 3 tbsp Sweet Freedom GOLDEN SYRUP
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- Pre-heat your oven to 180C.
- Put oats in a bowl and then add boiling water.
- Add in the GOLDEN SYRUP and melted butter.
- Mix well.
- Line a baking tin and press the mixture into the tin.
- Oven bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Leave to cool in the tin and slice into five bars.
- Serve with an extra drizzle of GOLDEN SYRUP.
