- 60g puffed rice
- 210g nut butter
- 115g Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- Sweet Freedom CHOC POT chocolate spread for topping
make
- Melt the nut butter and FRUIT SYRUP over a low heat.
- Once melted, pour in the puffed rice and mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp of this mixture into cupcake liners.
- Top with CHOC POT chocolate spread.
- Refrigerate until set.
