chocolate fudge ice cream
all you you need is 3 ingredients for this creamy dairy free ice cream that's ready to eat in less than 10 minutes
- 3 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
- 120g coconut cream
- 5 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Fudge
Add bananas to a food processor. Blend until mashed.
Add coconut cream and CHOC SHOT Fudge.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
If you like it super soft enjoy it immediately. If you want your ice cream firm and scoopable, pour it into container with lid and freeze.
- Allow to soften for 5-15 minutes before scooping.
