ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 175ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 3 tbsp plant based yoghurt
- 115ml oat milk
make
- Simply mix the ingredients for each layer together well and leave to sit for 15 minutes to thicken (you can mix all ingredients together and not have layers!)
- Spoon into your glasses and top with figs and chocolate shavings.
- You could add some chopped figs in-between the layers.
- Feel free to substitute the oat milk for your favourite plant milk.
