carrot cake overnight oats
give your overnight oats a tasty and nutritional boost with our indulgent carrot cake version
- 50g porridge oats
- 40g grated carrot
- a big pinch of mixed spice
- 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 200ml plant based milk
- for topping: plant based yoghurt, pecans and an extra drizzle of CARAMEL SYRUP
- Add ingredients to a jar or container and give it a good mix or shake until well combined.
- Pop into the fridge to thicken overnight.
- The next morning, top with yoghurt, pecans and a drizzle of CARAMEL SYRUP.
