- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons walnut pieces
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Freedom CINNAMON SYRUP
- 170ml plant milk
- 2 tablespoons plant yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons grated carrot (1 small carrot)
- 1 banana finely chopped
make
- Mix everything together in a bowl, except for the banana.
- Stir frequently until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquids. This will take around 20 minutes.
- Chop up the banana and mix it in.
- Spoon the mixture into two glasses or ramekins and enjoy!
Tip: The chia pudding mixture can be made the night before, for a tasty breakfast pot. Simply prepare the mixture, pop it in the fridge overnight, then add the chopped banana in the morning before serving.
