- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1 large ripe banana
- Oil for frying
- a handful of raspberries
- CARAMEL SYRUP for drizzling
- blended peanut butter with Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP (optional)
- flaked almonds (optional)
make
- Simply whizz all pancake ingredients together in a blender to make your pancake batter
- fry each pancake over a medium heat and flip when bubbles appear.
- Assemble in a stack add your toppings.
