- 1 avocado (de-stoned)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 packet of coconut cream
- 4tsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 1tsp coconut oil
- 18g pistachios
make
- Pop the avocado and coconut cream in a blender.
- Add the Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP.
- Mix in the juice of 1/2 a lemon.
- Once smooth place into moulds and freeze for 3 hours.
- Melt the coconut oil.
- Blitz the pistachios in a blender.
- Once the coconut oil has cooled pour on the top of the frozen lollies and sprinkle with pistachios.
