apricot and almond energy balls
put a boost into you lunch with these extra tasty apricot and almond energy balls
- 150g oats
- 135g seed or nut butter
- 104g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 20g chopped apricot, almonds + coconut flakes (optional)
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
Mix together until well incorporated.
Grab about a heaped tablespoon full of the mixture and roll it into a ball with your palms.
Repeat with the remaining oat mixture, making about 16 energy bites.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
