- 60g puffed rice
- 120g Sweet Freedom CHOC POT
- 40g coconut flour
make
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking tin (approx 10’ x 8’ / 25cm x 20cm) lightly greased, and press down flat.
- Put into the freezer to set for 30 minutes, or the fridge for 2 hours.
- Cut into 6 bars, then you are ready to enjoy.
