a creamy homemade iced caramel protein latte with nearly 30g of protein for under £1 per serving!
ingredients
for the latte:
Ice (fill glass around ⅔ full)
150ml plant-based milk
Double espresso (approx. 60ml)
15ml Sweet Freedom Barista Caramel Syrup
for the protein cold foam:
100ml plant-based milk
22g vanilla plant protein powder
25ml plant-based cream
make
- Fill a tall glass around ⅔ full with ice.
- Pour 150ml plant-based milk over the ice.
Make a double espresso and stir in 15ml Sweet Freedom Barista Caramel Syrup. - Slowly pour the coffee over the milk.
- Add 100ml plant-based milk, 22g protein powder and 25ml plant-based cream to a cold foam machine or use a hand whisk/frother.
- Froth until thick and creamy.
- Pour the protein foam over the coffee.
- Serve immediately & enjoy!
