- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC POT
- 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT
- 25g Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 100g self raising flour
- 50g plant based spread
- 2 chia eggs (2 tbsp chia seeds and 6 tbsp water)
- 100g plant based yoghurt
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
make
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Add the wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
- Pour into a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 18 - 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the brownie.
