- 40g rolled oats
- 120ml plant based milk
- 70g plant based yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- for topping a handful of diced pineapple, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, and FRUIT SYRUP

- Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and give it a stir until all combined.
- Pop in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to eat, give it another big stir and top with pineapple, desiccated coconut, and an extra drizzle of FRUIT SYRUP.
