- 136g gluten-free oat flour
- 1 large banana
- 1 tbsp milled linseed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 118ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- oil for frying
- CHOC SHOT for drizzling

- In a blender or food processor combine all the ingredients until smooth.
- Lightly grease a skillet pan with oil and heat on medium.
- Once the pan is warm, pour the batter into the pan.
- Flip when bubbles form.
- Add a drizzle of FRUIT SYRUP and CHOC SHOT.
