- 150g peanut butter
- 85g Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP
- 70g Sweet Freedom CHOC POT

- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- In a blender combine the peanut butter and LIGHT SYRUP.
- Once blended, use a cookie scoop or small ice cream scoop to drop the cookies onto a lined baking sheet and use your palm to flatten each one.
- Press your thumb into the centre of each cookie.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
- Let the cookies cool completely and set before removing from the baking sheet to avoid crumbling.
- Fill each centre with a teaspoon of cruelty free CHOC POT.
