ingredients
for the blue matcha syrup:
¼ tsp blue matcha
Splash of hot water
15ml Sweet Freedom Vanilla Barista Syrup
for the drink:
150ml coconut water
5ml Sweet Freedom Vanilla Barista Syrup
Ice
for the vanilla coconut foam:
20ml plant cream
30ml plant milk
5ml Vanilla Barista Syrup

- Mix ¼ tsp of blue matcha with hot water and mix until dissolved, add 15ml of vanilla barista syrup
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour blue matcha syrup over the ice
- Pour coconut water over the top
- Whisk together the foam ingredients until thick and creamy.
- Spoon over the drink.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
