apple pie oats
these delicious apple pie oats are made in a flask for a healthy on-the-go breakfast
- 60g oats
- 200ml plant based milk of choice, hot
- 1 tbsp grated apple
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add the oats, apple, almonds, and cinnamon to a flask.
Cover with hot milk.
Stir and then mix in the CARAMEL SYRUP.
- Pop on the lid and enjoy while still warm, or store in the fridge for the next day.
