'I made your sweet freedom baked cheesecake yesterday for the second time. I varied it by adding cocoa, flour and an egg to the basement to make it more of a dough and then putting it in the preheated oven while I prepared the top. I added some cocoa to the cream cheese to make it for Easter and decorated with mini eggs. Everybody liked it and my diabetic husband could have a small slice. Thank you' Yvonne B
