- 260g peanut butter
- 170g Sweet Freedom GINGERBREAD SYRUP
- 90g oats

- Line a 2 lb loaf pan and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
- Melt the peanut butter and SYRUP together until smooth, either in the microwave or stove top.
- Combine the peanut butter and SYRUP mixture with the oats in a bowl.
- Press into prepared pan and then place in the fridge until set (approx 25 mins).
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
