- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Freedom VEGAN HONEEE
- half a cup of fresh or frozen berries (such as blueberries or strawberries)
- half a cup of plain plant yoghurt
- half a cup of plant-based milk

- Blitz up all of the ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into a glass, top with some extra berries and enjoy!
