our take on the Starbucks Caramel Mocha Cloud Frappuccino, just £0.67 per drink!
ingredients
for the drink
- 1 shot espresso (or 60ml strong coffee)
- 200ml milk (oat works brilliantly)
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP

for the caramel foam
- 100ml milk (we used oat)
- 1 tsp CARAMEL SYRUP
- optional: 1 tbsp light cream for extra thick foam

Build the mocha base
Mix espresso, CHOC SHOT + caramel syrup until smooth. -
Assemble the drink
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the milk, then slowly add the mocha mix for that coffee-shop layered look. -
Make the caramel cold foam
Froth or shake together the milk + caramel syrup (and cream if using) for 20–30 seconds until thick and silky. -
Finish
Spoon the foam on top and drizzle over extra CHOC SHOT + CARAMEL SYRUP.
