I found this in a store and then it disappeared from stock. So I had to buy direct and in bulk!
In Greece carob is extensively used not only as a chocolate substitute but as a sweetener so I’m so happy that sweet Freedom has harnessed this in a delicious syrup that I use daily drizzled on my fathers porridge and in my yoghurt with fruit.
I’ve also used it in a banana bread recipe. I cannot recommend this highly enough!

A delicious product for when you need that chocolate fix. I am diabetic so this doesn’t raise my blood sugars. I put it on & in everything. Very versatile indeed or just scoop it from the pot. My son loves it too! ☯️
