At Sweet Freedom, we respect and protect the privacy of everyone who visits our website. We are absolutely not in the business of selling, renting, or trading your personal information. We don’t like it when it happens to us, and we definitely won’t do it to you!

So it’s all really clear, we’ve laid out below the long and the short of when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it, and how we keep it secure.

🧁 Collection and Use of Personal Information

“Personal information” means any details that identify you — name, title, phone number, email address, or mailing address.

You can browse our website freely without giving us any personal information. Like most websites, we use analytics tools to understand how people use our site — but these are anonymous, aggregate statistics. We don’t tie visits to individual IP addresses or anything sneaky like that.

Sign up for our newsletter,

Enter a competition, or

Email us a question —

then we’ll collect the information you provide so that we can actually send what you asked for, let you know if you’ve won (good luck!), or reply to your message.

We might also contact you to check our records are correct or that you’re still happy to hear from us.

If you’re aged 13 or under, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian to register — not our rule, but one we follow.

By entering competitions, you’ll need to opt in (otherwise we can’t tell you if you win!). If you sign up for our newsletter, you’re giving us permission to email you — which we’ll do occasionally with fun stuff, competitions, free samples (when we have them), recipes, and our latest news.

You’re in complete control — unsubscribe anytime, anywhere, with one click on the link in our emails, or by emailing admin@sweetfreedom.co.uk.

Please note: once you unsubscribe, we can’t re-add you automatically (GDPR rules!). But you can always re-subscribe through our website when you’re ready to rejoin the Sweet Freedom family.
