(A fun little game… with just enough legal drizzle)
👑 Promoter
This competition is run by Sweet Freedom Ltd, purveyors of all things naturally sweet and syrupy.
🎂 Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Sorry, Sweet Freedom team members (and your nearest and dearest) — you’ll have to sit this one out and just enjoy the guessing fun from the sidelines.
🕵️♂️ How to Enter
Enter by commenting or submitting your flavour guess via the competition page on the Sweet Freedom website.
You can enter as many times as your imagination allows — because one drizzle of inspiration might not be enough.
🎁 Prize
One lucky winner will receive a £50 Marks & Spencer voucher.
The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash (or syrup, sorry).
Marks & Spencer is not affiliated with or sponsoring this competition — they just happen to sell great snacks.
🍀 Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
You don’t need to guess the flavour correctly to win — all entries have an equal shot at syrupy glory.
✉️ Notification
The winner will be contacted via direct message or email within 7 days of the competition closing.
They’ll then have 14 days to respond and claim their prize. If we don’t hear back by then, we’ll choose an alternative winner (and maybe sneak another hot chocolate while we wait).
🕛 Closing Date
Entries close at 11:59pm on 30th November 2025.
Entries received after that time won’t count — no matter how delicious your guess is.
📸 Publicity
By entering, you agree that we may use your name and entry for promotional purposes — for example, to announce the winner on our social media pages. (Don’t worry, we’ll only say nice things.)
🔒 Data Protection
Any personal data collected will be used solely to administer this competition, in line with our Privacy Policy.
We’ll keep your info safe, secure, and never sell it (even for unlimited syrup).
⚖️ General
Sweet Freedom reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances make that unavoidable (for example, if all our spoons mysteriously vanish).
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts — ideally over a calm cup of tea.

(Because privacy matters — almost as much as chocolate)
Hello!
At Sweet Freedom, we respect and protect the privacy of everyone who visits our website. We are absolutely not in the business of selling, renting, or trading your personal information. We don’t like it when it happens to us, and we definitely won’t do it to you!
So it’s all really clear, we’ve laid out below the long and the short of when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it, and how we keep it secure.
You may want something to read while you sip one of our lovely Choc Shot hot chocs — so grab your mug and settle in. ☕
If you have any concerns about your privacy, or think we’ve overlooked something, please email us at admin@sweetfreedom.co.uk. A real human (probably sticky-fingered from syrup testing) will respond as soon as possible.
All data is controlled by Sweet Freedom Ltd.
🧁 Collection and Use of Personal Information
“Personal information” means any details that identify you — name, title, phone number, email address, or mailing address.
You can browse our website freely without giving us any personal information. Like most websites, we use analytics tools to understand how people use our site — but these are anonymous, aggregate statistics. We don’t tie visits to individual IP addresses or anything sneaky like that.
If you:
Sign up for our newsletter,
Enter a competition, or
Email us a question —
then we’ll collect the information you provide so that we can actually send what you asked for, let you know if you’ve won (good luck!), or reply to your message.
We might also contact you to check our records are correct or that you’re still happy to hear from us.
If you’re aged 13 or under, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian to register — not our rule, but one we follow.
By entering competitions, you’ll need to opt in (otherwise we can’t tell you if you win!). If you sign up for our newsletter, you’re giving us permission to email you — which we’ll do occasionally with fun stuff, competitions, free samples (when we have them), recipes, and our latest news.
You’re in complete control — unsubscribe anytime, anywhere, with one click on the link in our emails, or by emailing admin@sweetfreedom.co.uk.
Please note: once you unsubscribe, we can’t re-add you automatically (GDPR rules!). But you can always re-subscribe through our website when you’re ready to rejoin the Sweet Freedom family.
We promise to never, ever pass on your details to anyone else — unless you specifically ask us to (which would be unusual, but okay).
🍪 Cookies (the crunchy kind of legal bit)
A “cookie” is a small text file stored on your computer that helps us analyse website traffic patterns and improve your browsing experience.
Cookies can’t give us access to your computer or any personal data you haven’t shared. Most browsers accept them automatically, but you can restrict or disable them if you like — the site will still work just fine.
If you’re on a shared computer, log off when you finish. Especially if someone else in the house has a sweet tooth.
(The slightly less exciting, but very important bit)
Welcome to Sweet Freedom — where we believe life’s better drizzled! By browsing or shopping on our website (the “Site”), you’re agreeing to play by our rules. Don’t worry — we’ve kept them short, sweet, and mostly sensible.
1. Who We Are
We’re Sweet Freedom Ltd, a proudly independent, B-Corp certified business based in the UK. Our mission: make deliciously natural, plant-based sweetness that’s kinder to you and the planet.
If you need to contact us about anything below, email us at admin@sweetfreedom.co.uk — we promise a real human (probably with syrup on their keyboard) will get back to you.
2. Using This Site
By using our website, you agree to:
Not do anything weird, illegal, or robot-like (bots, we see you 👀).
Use the site responsibly and respectfully — no hacking, scraping, or mischief.
Be at least 18 years old to make purchases (or have permission from a responsible grown-up).
We do our best to keep the site updated and error-free, but occasionally the internet does its thing. If a typo sneaks in or a product price looks suspiciously like the cost of a small island, we reserve the right to correct it.
3. Orders & Payments
When you hit “checkout,” you’re making an offer to buy our products. Once we confirm your order, that’s when the fun (and the legally binding bit) begins.
Payments are processed securely, and all prices include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery times are estimates — our syrups flow fast, but couriers sometimes don’t.
If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right — just drop us a message. If you’re rude, we might take an extra sip of coffee before replying.
4. Refunds & Returns
Changed your mind? It happens. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re just not feeling it, email admin@sweetfreedom.co.uk within 14 days and we’ll sort it.
We can’t take back opened food products (even if you “only tasted a bit”), but we always want you to be happy — so we’ll do our best to help.
5. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — words, images, recipes, and even our irresistible puns — belongs to Sweet Freedom Ltd. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or remix our content without permission (unless you’re writing a glowing review — then go wild).
6. Allergens & Product Info
We take allergen safety seriously and clearly label everything, but if you have a specific dietary concern, check the label or contact us before ordering. We’re palm oil free, nut-free, and proud — but we’re still human, so double-check if in doubt.
7. Liability
We’ll do everything we can to keep you safe, but Sweet Freedom Ltd isn’t liable for losses that aren’t our fault (e.g., internet outages, courier delays, or your cat knocking over your syrup).
Basically: drizzle responsibly.
8. Changes to These Terms
We might tweak these terms occasionally (usually after too much coffee and a legal review). Keep checking back — any updates will apply once they’re posted.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by UK courts — hopefully over a nice hot chocolate.
10. Final Drizzle
By using this site, you agree to all the above. We know it’s not the most thrilling read, but think of it like fibre: not always exciting, but good for you in the long run.
Thanks for supporting a small, syrup-loving, planet-friendly business. Now go forth and drizzle more.
