pre-freeze bananas, and then ready in 10 minutes


  • 3 bananas
  • 100ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
  • 3 drops vanilla extract
  • 4 raspberries to serve


  1. Smash up the bananas and pop in a freezer bag
  2. Put the bag in the freezer for 3 hours
  3. Blitz the Fruit Syrup, milk, frozen bananas and vanilla essence in a blender
  4. Split into two glasses or bowls and top with raspberries
