ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons walnut pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Freedom CINNAMON SYRUP
  • 170ml plant milk
  • 2 tablespoons plant yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrot (1 small carrot)
  • 1 banana finely chopped

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl, except for the banana.
  2. Stir frequently until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquids. This will take around 20 minutes.
  3. Chop up the banana and mix it in.
  4. Spoon the mixture into two glasses or ramekins and enjoy!

Tip: The chia pudding mixture can be made the night before, for a tasty breakfast pot. Simply prepare the mixture, pop it in the fridge overnight, then add the chopped banana in the morning before serving.
