ready in 20 minutes (plus freezing time)


  • 2 pots Coconut Collaborative Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tub Coconut Collaborative Fro Yo
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
  • a handful chopped raspberries
  • Generous drizzle - approx 2 tbsps Sweet Freedom Choc Shot
  • a sprinkling chia seeds


  1. Mix the yoghurt and Fro Yo together thoroughly.
  2. Stir in the Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup.
  3. Roughly chop and stir in half of the raspberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow baking tin covered with cling film.
  5. Drizzle Sweet Freedom Choc Shot on top and swirl.
  6. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
  7. Pop in the freezer for 3 hours.
  8. Take out and break into bite-sized chunks with the back of a wooden spoon.
  9. Decorate with remaining raspberries.
