  • 160ml coconut cream (refrigerated and cold)⁠
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 80ml Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
  • 500g strawberries ⁣⁠(reserve a few chopped to add after blending)


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
  2. Pour into a freezable container.
  3. Add the extra chopped strawberry pieces.
  4. Freeze for at least 5 hours.
  5. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it defrost for 10 minutes.
  6. Scoop and enjoy.
