  • 1 cup fine oatmeal flour
  • 1 cup Sweet Freedom Light Syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a cookie tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Form into small balls and place on baking tray, press down on each ball slightly to flatten.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden. Best served warm!
