ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 2 tbsp almond flour⁠
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP⁠
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted⁠
  • 5 fresh strawberries, puréed ⁠

  1. In a food processor combine oats, almond flour, protein powder and coconut.⁠
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.⁠
  3. Shape into balls and roll in desiccated coconut.
  4. Set in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying!⁠
