ingredients

  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 50g sultanas
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • zest of an orange
  • 160g porridge oats
  • 400ml milk
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Cinnamon Syrup

  1. Preheat oven to 180/gas 4.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden.
  4. Serve with an extra drizzle of Cinnamon Syrup.
