  • 120g oatmeal
  • 120ml pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup or Light Syrup

  1. Preheat oven to 180c (gas mark 4)⁠.⁠
  2. Add the oats, pumpkin puree and Fruit Syrup to a bowl and mix together thoroughly.⁠
  3. Spread out in a thin layer on a tray lined with parchment paper.⁠
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.⁠
  5. Remove, stir and break up into large pieces and bake for another 15 minutes. ⁠
  6. The granola should be golden and crisp, if it isn't ready, place back in the oven and check every 5 minutes until cooked.⁠
