  • 90g oats
  • 1 cup water or plant based milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 ripe plums
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP⁠
  • handful of almonds, for topping⁠


  1. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan. Slice the plums and add them to the pan along with one tbsp CARAMEL SYRUP. Cook on a medium heat for a few minutes until the plums are soft.⁠
  2. In another saucepan add the oats, 1 tbsp CARAMEL SYRUP, and milk/water. ⁠
  3. Cook over a medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. ⁠
  4. Transfer the porridge into a bowl and top with the cooked plums, almonds, and an extra drizzle of CARAMEL SYRUP.
