  • 40g rolled oats
  • 120ml plant based milk⁠
  • 70g plant based yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP⁠
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • for topping a handful of diced pineapple, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, and FRUIT SYRUP⁠


  1. Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and give it a stir until all combined.⁠
  2. Pop in the fridge overnight. ⁠
  3. When ready to eat, give it another big stir and top with pineapple, desiccated coconut, and an extra drizzle of FRUIT SYRUP.
