  • 160g plain whole rolled porridge oats⁠
  • 800g plant based yoghurt⁠
  • 300ml water⁠
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom GOLDEN SYRUP (extra for drizzling)
  • 1 handful of your favourite fruit


  1. Put the porridge oats into a large bowl.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with water and add to the bowl.
  3. Stir together, then cover and chill overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir again, then divide between 4 bowls and top with your favourite toppings.⁠
