  • 2 oatcakes (we love Rude Health brand, with no palm oil)
  • a generous spread of Sweet Freedom Choc Pot
  • 1 rice cake
  • 1 handful mixed berries
  • a sprinkle of coconut flakes
  • a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds
  • a sprinkle of cocoa nibs


  1. Spread Sweet Freedom Choc Pot over each oatcake / rice cake (you’ll want more than one!)
  2. Top each rice cake with the chosen toppings. The amounts are totally flexible so you can slather on as much or as little as you like! Serve with a handful of fresh berries.
