  • 150g rolled oats
  • 135g Chocolate Spread or Choc Pot
  • 150g Fruit or Light Syrup


  1. Line a large plate with parchment paper and set aside.⁠
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your oats, Chocolate Spread, and Fruit/Light Syrup and mix until fully combined. 
  3. Lightly wet your hands and form the dough into 12 small balls. 
  4. Place the balls on the lined plate and press each one into a cookie shape.⁠
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until they have firmed up.
