Spray Frylight in a frying pan, ensuring that all of the surface is covered, and place over a low to medium heat. Wait until the Frylight has gone clear.
Pour a palm sized puddle of batter into the pan, cooking on one side until a spatula can slide underneath so you can flip firmly.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Repeat with the remaining batter, making sure to spray more Frylight onto the surface each time to prevent the pancake sticking.
Spread a loving layer of CHOC POT on each pancake and layer with berries.
