  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 90g oat flour (plain and gluten free flour also works)
  • 150ml plant based milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⁠2 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
  • Frylight for frying
  • Sweet Freedom CHOC POT chocolate spread and berries for layering


  1. ⁠Whizz all pancake ingredients in a blender. ⁠
  2. Spray Frylight in a frying pan, ensuring that all of the surface is covered, and place over a low to medium heat. Wait until the Frylight has gone clear.
  3. Pour a palm sized puddle of batter into the pan, cooking on one side until a spatula can slide underneath so you can flip firmly.⁠
  4. Cook until golden brown on both sides⁠.⁠
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, making sure to spray more Frylight onto the surface each time to prevent the pancake sticking.
  6. Spread a loving layer of CHOC POT on each pancake and layer with berries.
