ingredients

  • 4-6 pieces your favourite bread⁠
  • 1 banana ⁠
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom Caramel Syrup*
  • 1 tbsp oat flour⁠
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  1. Blend all the ingredients (except the bread) in a high speed blender until smooth.⁠
  2. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.⁠
  3. Dip the bread into the mixture on both sides. ⁠
  4. Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil. ⁠
  5. Fry the bread on a low to medium heat for 1 minute on each side.⁠
  6. Serve with fresh berries and a drizzle of our Caramel Syrup.
