  • 150g peanut butter
  • 85g Sweet Freedom Light Syrup*
  • 70g Sweet Freedom Chocolate Spread


  1. Preheat the oven to 170° C.⁠
  2. In a blender combine the peanut butter and Light Syrup.
  3. Once blended, use a cookie scoop or small ice cream scoop to drop the cookies onto a lined baking sheet and use your palm to flatten each one.⁠
  4. Press your thumb into the centre of each cookie.⁠
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
  6. Let the cookies cool completely and set before removing from the baking sheet to avoid crumbling.
  7. Fill each centre with a teaspoon of cruelty free Chocolate Spread.
