  • 60g puffed rice
  • 210g nut butter
  • 115g Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
  • Sweet Freedom CHOC POT chocolate spread for topping


  1. Melt the nut butter and FRUIT SYRUP over a low heat⁣.⁠
  2. Once melted, pour in the puffed rice and mix well⁣.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of this mixture into cupcake liners⁣.⁠
  4. Top with CHOC POT⁠ chocolate spread.
  5. Refrigerate until set. ⁠
