  • 250g⁠ oats
  • 50g desiccated coconut⁠
  • 60g nut butter⁠ (choose your fave!)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 85g Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
  • 20g pecans nuts, optional


  1. Preheat oven to 170C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.⁠
  2. Put oats and desiccated coconut in a large bowl. ⁠
  3. Add the nut butter, FRUIT SYRUP, and coconut oil and mix until well combined, then fold in the pecan nuts. ⁠
  4. Spread granola in an even layer on your baking sheet. ⁠
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven, gently turn over the granola and then bake for another 10-15 minutes... keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn! ⁠
  6. Let cool completely on the baking sheet. The granola will become crisp as it cools. ⁠

    Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
