  • 1 sheet vegan rolled puff pastry⁠
  • 60g Sweet Freedom Chocolate Spread⁠*
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon⁠


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with a silicon mat or parchment paper.⁠
  2. In a bowl mash the banana and mix in the cinnamon. ⁠
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and spread over your Chocolate Spread. ⁠
  4. Spread the banana mixture on-top to cover half of the puff pasty.⁠
  5. Fold the pastry over (so it’s like a sandwich) ⁠
  6. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife and cut into thin strips about 2cm wide. ⁠
  7. Pick each strip up and holding at the ends twist as you lay it onto the baking tray.⁠
  8. Brush over each twist with a little plant based milk or egg (optional).⁠
  9. Pop into the oven for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and enjoy.
