  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp all purpose gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup plant based yoghurt
  • 1 cup Sweet Freedom Choc Pot

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. ⁠
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. ⁠
  3. Divide the dough into 6 or 12 and place on a lined baking tray and flatten. ⁠
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until cooked through.⁠
  5. We topped ours with extra Sweet Freedom Choc Pot and a sprinkle of coconut.
