- 40g porridge oats
- 200g plant based yoghurt
- 1 tsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- generous handful of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
make
- Layer the porridge oats, yoghurt and Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP in a jar or bowl.
- Cover and chill overnight so the porridge oats absorb all the yoghurt.
- Make the compote by blending a handful of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries.
- Layer on top of the chilled oats and drizzle with FRUIT SYRUP.
