ingredients

  • 40g porridge oats⁠
  • 200g plant based yoghurt⁠
  • 1 tsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup ⁠
  • generous handful of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries

make

  1. Layer the porridge oats, yoghurt and Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup in a jar or bowl⁠.
  2. Cover and chill overnight so the porridge oats absorb all the yoghurt.
  3. Make the compote by blending a handful of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries.
  4. Layer on top of the chilled oats and drizzle with Fruit Syrup.
