ingredients

pancakes

  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP⁠
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon⁠
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 large ripe banana⁠
  • Oil for frying

toppings

  • a handful of raspberries
  • CARAMEL SYRUP for drizzling
  • blended peanut butter with CARAMEL SYRUP (optional)
  • flaked almonds (optional)

make

  1. Simply whizz all pancake ingredients together in a blender to make your pancake batter
  2. fry each pancake over a medium heat and flip when bubbles appear.
  3. Assemble in a stack add your toppings.
