  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 cups / 240g oats
  • 100g Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Add bananas to high speed blender and blend into a puree.
  3. Add Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup and blend until combined. 
  4. Add 2 cups of oats and blend.
  5. Pour mixture into a large bowl. 
  6. Fold in the remaining cup of whole oats.
  7. Transfer mixture into a lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden.
  8. Leave to cool before cutting into 12 squares.
