Pop the banana, protein powder, egg, Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup and oats into a blender and whizz to make the batter.
Heat up half the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
Pour little puddles of batter into the pan – depending on your pancake size and pan size you could get 2-3 pancakes at a time.
Cook for about 1 minute on each side. Remove and keep warm in a low oven, repeat the process with the rest of the batter.
Serve with orange segments and a generous drizzle of Sweet Freedom Choc Shot Orange Spice (or fresh berries and Sweet Freedom Choc Shot, or Sweet Freedom Choc Shot Coconut and a dollop of coconut yoghurt... the list is almost limitless!)
